These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlexOff mobile
application and the flexoff.app website (together, the "Service"), operated by
Work Interface, a sole proprietorship registered in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India
("FlexOff," "we,"
"us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FlexOff. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian,
who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. Features involving F Coins — including staking,
earning, and redeeming — require that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
2Accounts
You may create an account via email/password, Google Sign-In, or other methods we make available. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your
account. Usernames must not impersonate others, infringe third-party rights, or be misleading. We may reject
or reclaim a username at our discretion. You may change your username subject to a cooldown period displayed
in the app.
3The Service
FlexOff lets you create and join accountability challenges ("Flex-Offs") — 1-on-1 duels,
multi-person Squad Battles, or solo habit challenges — in which you commit to a daily goal over a fixed
number of days, submit photo proof of completion, and (where applicable) have your proof reviewed by other
participants. We may add, modify, or remove features, challenge types, or game mechanics at any time.
4F Coins & Virtual Currency
"F Coins" are a virtual, in-app unit of account used to participate in challenges and
redeem items in the Rewards Store. F Coins are not legal tender, currency, or property of
any kind, have no cash value outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where we expressly
enable a redemption feature. We may award "Bonus" F Coins (e.g. a welcome bonus or referral reward) that can
only be staked in challenges and are not redeemable in the Rewards Store, and "Redeemable" F Coins earned
from challenge winnings, which can be used for both staking and store redemptions.
Staking is a real commitment. When you stake F Coins on a challenge, they are deducted
from your balance immediately. If you do not meet the challenge's completion requirements, forfeit, or are
outcompeted, staked F Coins are not refunded and are not transferred to any other party
except where these Terms or in-app disclosures say a winner receives the pot.
We may adjust, expire, or reset F Coin balances in cases of fraud, abuse, a violation of these Terms, or
suspected manipulation of the challenge/proof-review system. We do not guarantee any minimum balance, rate
of accrual, or availability of redemption items.
5Challenges & Proof Submission
Completion of a daily goal must be demonstrated via photo proof submitted through the app. For challenges
with another participant, proof may be subject to peer review and can be approved, rejected, or
auto-approved after a review window elapses. You agree that:
- Proof you submit must genuinely and honestly reflect your own completion of that day's goal.
- You will not submit fabricated, reused, stolen, or misleading proof.
- You will not collude with other participants to approve false or low-effort proof.
- Reviewing another participant's proof in bad faith (rejecting genuine proof, or approving obviously
false proof) is a violation of these Terms.
We provide an in-app reporting mechanism for disputed proof or challenge conduct. Repeated, substantiated
reports against an account may result in restrictions, forfeiture of the disputed stake, or suspension.
6User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate
F Coin balances, leaderboards, or badges;
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users;
- Upload content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or infringes another person's rights;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service's security or infrastructure;
- Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal in your jurisdiction, including where local law treats
staking-based challenges as a regulated activity.
7Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you submit ("User Content").
By submitting User Content, you grant FlexOff a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host,
store, display, and distribute it within the Service (for example, showing your proof photo to challenge
participants or on your public profile) for as long as your account or the relevant challenge exists.
The FlexOff name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by FlexOff or its licensors and
protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or
branding beyond normal use of the Service.
8Rewards Store
The Rewards Store lets you redeem Redeemable F Coins for digital items, partner offers, or featured rewards.
Availability, pricing (in F Coins), and eligibility of any reward item may change or be withdrawn at any
time without notice. Redemptions are generally final once processed. Partner rewards are subject to the
applicable third party's own terms.
9Referral Program
We may offer F Coins to you and a friend you refer once eligibility conditions shown in the app are met
(for example, your friend's first completed check-in). We may change referral reward amounts, close the
program, or void rewards obtained through fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
10Notifications
With your permission, we send push notifications to remind you about active challenges — including
periodic check-in reminders and an end-of-day nudge before your local day ends. You can disable push
notifications at any time through your device settings or in-app notification preferences.
11Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your
account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk or legal
exposure for FlexOff or other users. Upon termination, any remaining F Coin balance is forfeited unless
applicable law requires otherwise.
12Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not
warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that proof review by other users will be
accurate or fair.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexOff and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of F Coins,
data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid
us in the 12 months before the claim (if any) or INR 1,000.
14Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold FlexOff harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including
reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India,
without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra.
16Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in-app or by
other reasonable means before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take
effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
